Rosa's Thai set to open in Cheltenham soon

Rosa's Thai, the renowned Thai restaurant brand known for bringing the bold and authentic flavours of Thailand to the UK, is opening its newest restaurant on The Promenade in Cheltenham on Monday, March 10.

Ahead of the grand opening, Rosa's Thai invites locals to experience an exclusive soft launch period with 50% off food from Tuesday, February 25, to Sunday, March 9 (bookings required).

Founded in 2008 by husband-and-wife duo Saiphin and Alex Moore, Rosa's Thai is inspired by Saiphin's culinary journey from her hometown of Khao Kho in northern Thailand to London's bustling Brick Lane.

From humble beginnings selling home-cooked meals as a market stall, Rosa's Thai now boasts over 40 locations across the UK.

The menu combines Saiphin's family recipes and hand-selected ingredients from Thailand with seasonal British produce.

The soft launch period in Cheltenham will offer visitors a special opportunity to try Rosa's Thai favourites before the grand opening and dine on real Thai flavours, such as their signature Pad Kra Prow, Green Curry and Pad Thai at half the usual price.

Rosa's Thai's drinks menu also features a selection of Thai-inspired cocktails, designed to perfectly complement the fresh and fiery flavours of Thailand.

Saiphin Moore, co-founder of Rosa's Thai, said: "Cheltenham's vibrant cultural scene, love for great food, and appreciation for global flavours make it a perfect fit for Rosa's Thai.

"We are incredibly excited to introduce our family recipes and signature dishes to this beautiful town."

The soft launch period will offer a limited number of reservations as the restaurant's new team perfects their service. Soft launch reservations are expected to book up quickly, and priority will be given to those signed up to the Rosa's Thai email newsletter.

Anybody wanting to take advantage of the offer is encouraged to sign up to avoid disappointment. Guests will enjoy 50% off food, with drinks at full price. Advance bookings are required to secure a table.

Additionally, Rosa's Thai is excited to announce that they'll be offering delivery via Uber Eats and Just Eat, as well as click and collect through their own website, allowing diners to enjoy their favourite dishes from the comfort of their own homes. These services will be available from the hard launch on Monday, March 10.

And there's more to look forward to - Free Curry Day is on the way! While the date and full details are being kept under wraps for now, those signed up to the Rosa's Thai email newsletter will be the first to know.

Rosa's Thai Cheltenham is located at 16 Promenade (GL50 1LR), in the building formerly occupied by TM Lewin. The restaurant will officially open its doors on Monday, March 10, welcoming guests to enjoy its vibrant Thai-inspired menu, rich heritage, and warm hospitality.
