Robbery at Gloucester trading estate

Officers are appealing for witnesses to a robbery on a trading estate in Gloucester earlier this week.

The robbery took place in the car park of Moreland's Trading Estate on Bristol Road at around 7.15pm on Wednesday evening.

According to police a woman was grabbed from behind by a tall white man who was wearing a large coat, he then went on to steal her large dark grey holdall bag which had a quantity of money inside.

"The suspect then ran through the back of the car park and in the direction of Seymour Road, we believe he may have then ran towards Stroud Road," said a statement from Gloucestershire Constabulary.

Police are appealing for witness or dashcam footage and asking people who can help to telephone 101 quoting incident number 346 of November 28.
