Highways England has released information about current and planned roadworks taking place across Gloucestershire this weekend.

It said the work is subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

"All our improvement work is carried out with the aim of causing as little disruption as possible," the agency added.

Roadworks across the county:

A40 eastbound between A48 and A417 near Gloucester (west)

Location : The A40 eastbound between the A48 and the junction with the A417 west of Gloucester. Schedule : From 20:01 on 10 May 2018 to 05:00 on 11 May 2018.

roundabout at A46/A435 near Bishop's Cleeve

Location : The A46 northbound at the junction with the A435 Tewkesbury. Lane Closures : Lane two will be closed. Schedule : Expect disruption everyday between 21:00 and 05:00 from 10 May 2018 to 12 May 2018.

M5 J10 northbound access

Location : The M5 northbound entry slip at junction J10 . Lane Closures : Lane one will be closed. Schedule : From 20:01 on 10 May 2018 to 06:00 on 11 May 2018.

M5 northbound between J10 and J9

Location : The M5 northbound between junctions J11 and J9 . Lane Closures : Lanes 1, 2 and 3 are closed. Period : expect disruption until 06:00 on 11 May 2018.

M5 J7 northbound exit

Location : The M5 northbound exit slip at junction J7 . Schedule : From 21:00 on 13 May 2018 to 05:00 on 14 May 2018.
