Reward Risk Management helping to steer path through HR minefield

Reward Risk Management can also conduct equal pay audits and gender pay gap analysis that enable larger organisations to identify where they are at risk of breaching equality pay laws and provide advice on how to overcome these risks and identify strategy to reduce any gender pay gaps.
Businesses are naturally concentrating on how to survive the coronavirus crisis.
The Government has announced a raft of measures to help businesses continue to pay wages, but issues like annual salary increases (especially to the living wage) and bonus payments still need to be given careful thought and handled properly.
