Reward Risk Management helping to steer path through HR minefield

Since 2016, Reward Risk Management has helped small, medium and large businesses ensure staff are paid a fair and equitable salary.

The Tewkesbury HR consultancy specialises in pay and benefits, offering services which allow organisations of all sizes to get their salary structure right, through job evaluation, pay benchmarking and salary structure design.

Reward Risk Management can also conduct equal pay audits and gender pay gap analysis that enable larger organisations to identify where they are at risk of breaching equality pay laws and provide advice on how to overcome these risks and identify strategy to reduce any gender pay gaps.

Businesses are naturally concentrating on how to survive the coronavirus crisis.

The Government has announced a raft of measures to help businesses continue to pay wages, but issues like annual salary increases (especially to the living wage) and bonus payments still need to be given careful thought and handled properly.

Director Jane Baalam said: "We can utilise our HR professional experience to assist businesses through these difficult times.

"There are many small businesses without in-house HR support who need advice on how to continue paying staff, what all the new regulations such as furlough mean and how to implement them.

"We can even assist those with in-house support but are struggling to keep up with the operational demands that comes with HR personnel being off sick, self-isolating, redundancies, lay-offs and how furlough will work."
