Rangeford Villages appoint new regional sales manager

The company behind a retirement village in Gloucestershire has appointed a new regional sales director.

Joanna Wady's new role for Rangeford Villages is part of the firm's expansion of their specialist sales team.

Joanna will work across all five of their current later-living developments for the over 60s in the UK, including Siddington Park in Gloucestershire.

Joanna has previously worked as sales manager within the retirement housing industry and will bring her wealth of experience in this sector to Rangeford.

Joanna said: "I'm excited to have started my new role at Rangeford Villages. The villages are spectacular and I love that we're helping to build communities as well as providing a new home for our owners.

"Sadly, some of our owners will be moving independently having spent many years in their family home so it's rewarding to be there to support them through what is such a big and often daunting move. They can integrate and socialise with other people in the village through the wonderful facilities and events to ensure they aren't alone; I think this is what makes Rangeford Villages so special.

"As well as helping the older generation live life to the full, which is so important to me, I'm also looking forward to being part of a great company and contribute to the success of the sales team. It's exciting to take on a new challenge."

In addition to high quality homes and specially-designed services to provide additional support, owners benefit from an impressive array of on-site communal facilities at each village such as a swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym, spa and hair salon.

Additional features include a relaxed all-day dining restaurant. Communal activities and events will take place all year around for owners to encourage an active lifestyle and socialisation.
