Police issue images of man wanted in connection with assault that left victim with a broken jaw

Police in Cheltenham have issued CCTV images of a man they want to speak to in connection with an assault in the town.

The incident happened outside Moss Bros on Ormond Place at around 3.45am on Saturday, July 14.

The victim was walking with his girlfriend when a man approached the couple and punched him in the jaw.

The victim lost consciousness and subsequently needed surgery for a broken jaw.

If anyone recognises the man in the images, they are asked to call the police on 101 and quote crime number 20419/19.
