Police carry out simultaneous drugs warrants in Brockworth

Officers from the Tewkesbury Neighbourhood Policing Team executed two simultaneous drugs warrants on Friday, September 17.

The warrants were being executed at properties in Brockworth after intelligence had been gathered about suspected drug dealing taking place.

Gloucestershire Constabulary said searches of the addresses are ongoing and a quantity of drugs have so far been seized with two people arrested.

Sergeant Claire Williams-Everitt said: "Dealing drugs in our communities will not be tolerated and I am pleased that we have been able to disrupt those who think they can go unnoticed.

"I would like to thank the public for their co-operation during the execution of these warrants and encourage anybody with information about this kind of activity to please come forward."
