Police appeal for witnesses of suspected arson in Cheltenham

Police are appealing for witnesses following a suspected arson in Cheltenham earlier this month.

On Tuesday, May 10, officers were called by the Fire Service to attend a property on Swindon Lane which is believed to have been set alight sometime between 5.50pm and 6pm.

Five boys aged roughly between 11 and 14 were seen running from the area, and officers have a description of three of them.

The first was wearing shorts with a blue top. The second wore jogging bottoms with black stripes, and the third wore grey shorts and a black top.

The youths ran in the direction of the nearby industrial estate.
