Police appeal for help to identify two men in connection with a serious assault

Officers are appealing for witnesses and help to identify two men in connection with a serious assault on Thursday afternoon (June 3).

Police were called to an incident on Regent Street, Gloucester between 1pm and 1.40pm where witnesses saw two men assault a boy before leaving the area and heading towards Grove Street.

One of the men had a scooter with him.

No-one was physically injured in the incident.

Officers believe this was a targeted incident and are conducting extra patrols in the local area for reassurance.

If you witnessed the incident, recognise the men in the images or have any information call 101 and quote incident 176 of 3 June.

If you see these men, please do not approach them and instead phone 101.
