First look at new luxury homes planned for Cheltenham

New homes planned for an 'exclusive' development just north of Cheltenham have been revealed.

Estate agents Peter Ball & Co is the firm chosen to market the houses and it has just released artist's impressions of the properties.

The four "new-build executive detached family homes" by Woodmancote-based Le Grand Developments, in association with Gratton Homes, are described as having an "exceptional specification meets quality finish".

It is understood the private development will be a short walk from the Sixways area of Charlton Kings and within catchment of the popular Balcarras School.

There will one five-bedroom and three four-bedroom detached houses when work is complete.

Architects have chosen open plan living areas in each home, off-road parking and a 10 Year structural warranty.

With their traditional exteriors, these luxury properties have been designed to add a modern twist to the architectural heritage of the surrounding area.

Peter Ball & Co celebrated its 25th Anniversary on June 3 last year and is still run by Peter and Linda Ball.

Le Grand Developments (in association with Gratton Homes) specialise in the acquisition, design, and development of residential property in the UK.
