Pennant and Aquila Learning announce partnership

Cheltenham-based IPS software and services company Pennant International Group and Oxford-based Aquila Learning Ltd have signed a strategic partnership to collaborate on a number of projects.

These include the integration of the ALaRMS - Aquila Learning (and Requirements /Resource/Record) Management System into the market leading Pennant IPS software suite (GenS, Analyzer and R4i).

The two UK-based SMEs have already established their capabilities within defence organisations and OEMS's in both the UK and overseas. Working together, the partners are looking to provide users with additional capabilities, including an end-to-end S-Series software toolkit.

Phil Walker, Pennant CEO, said: "We are excited to be working with Mark and the Aquila team to broaden our S-Series coverage and extend the software solution with Aquila's market leading S6000T solution.

"The integration will realise natural synergies in both product and customer base and will leverage Pennant's 65-year track record of software, services and training solutions to support Aquila's continued development."

Mark Radbourne, Aquila Learning Ltd CEO, said: "ALaRMS is a TMIS designed to digitalise systems approach to training processes like S6000T and will bring a range of benefits to how users analyse, design, develop, implement, evaluate and assure training in defence and aerospace. We look forward to offering ALaRMS as part of the wider Pennant S-Series Suite.'
