Park Hub launches at Gloucestershire Science & Technology Park

SGS Group, the owners of Gloucestershire Science & Technology Park (GSTP), has announced the launch of the Park Hub.

Based at Berkeley Green, it's set to be a dynamic centre that promises to be the focal point for innovation and collaboration within the thriving science and technology community.

South Gloucestershire and Stroud College (SGS) have taken over the site from the University of Gloucestershire.

The new centre can cater for any business and includes meeting rooms, networking space and incubation units, as well as larger offices to let.

Pete Barrett, director at SGS Commercial Services, said: "Overlooking the Severn Estuary, C11 has always felt like the physical centre of the Park. Now it is the real social and business heart as well. We are working with existing tenants and partners to create a hub for employers where the whole community can come together."

Gloucestershire Science & Technology Park (GSTP) is known for its focus on training and skills development. The park houses prestigious institutions and industry leaders, including SGS College Eco Futures, Berkeley Green UTC, Gloucester Police, Cavendish Nuclear, and Green Fuels Research.

With facilities such as low carbon test houses, engineering spaces, and laboratories, GSTP has solidified its reputation as a regional centre for science, technology and training.

SGS Group is actively seeking investment partners to work with them on the next stage of bringing the rest of the former nuclear industry facilities at Berkeley back into life.
