Over £500 of Easter prizes to be won with Stagecoach West’s 25th anniversary eggstravaganza!

Hop on board your local Stagecoach West bus this Easter for a chance to win prizes including free cinema tickets, Stagecoach Explorer tickets, Love2Shop vouchers and restaurant vouchers.

In celebration of 25 years serving the West, the Stagecoach Easter Bunny will be hiding 25 specially printed Easter egg cards on selected bus services in Gloucester, Cheltenham, Stroud and Swindon, between the 15th - 18th April.

To win, passengers lucky enough to find a special egg onboard between Monday and Thursday of next week simply need to take a picture of the egg, showing the unique number printed on it, and tweet it to @Stagecoach_West.

It is finders keepers so the first passengers to tweet with valid codes will be contacted via direct message on Twitter where prizes will be confirmed.

With over £500 in prizes to give away, winners of the 25th year anniversary Easter eggstravaganza can enjoy £20 Love2Shop vouchers, £20 to spend at a choice of restaurants, Stagecoach Explorer tickets to hop on board for an unlimited number of journeys in your local area, or pairs of Cineworld tickets.

Miriam Luff, marketing manager for Stagecoach West, said: "To celebrate our 25th year of serving local people throughout the region, we wanted to do something special this year to thank and reward those travelling with us this Easter.

"The special Easter egg shaped cards are marked with our equally special 25-year anniversary logo - making this year's Easter 'hunt 'eggstraspecial'. There are 25 eggs to be found on services in Cheltenham, Gloucester, Swindon and Stroud, so good luck!"

Stagecoach West is also offering a new, cheaper group ticket for those wishing to travel by bus in Gloucester this Easter break.

The ticket allows up to any four people travelling together, of any age and of any time or day of travel, to save £7.50 when they purchase a group day ticket via the firm's free app. The discount is only valid in the Gloucester day rider zone area.

"That equates just £1.88 per person - much cheaper than a taxi to go shopping in the Quays or to get into town for a night out," added Ms Luff.
