'One stop shop' for recruitment created for Gloucestershire

Whether you are searching for a new job, have an interest in volunteering or are looking to recruit new employees - GFirst LEP, The Growth Hub Network and GlosJobs have created a new partnership for all things recruitment in Gloucestershire.

In response to the recruitment challenges being faced by businesses in these difficult times, and to support individuals who may find themselves being made redundant during the coronavirus pandemic, the partnership are asking the Gloucestershire business community, to list their current vacancies on www.glosjobs.co.uk, so that the county has one central point for jobs available.

GFirst LEP CEO, David Owen said: "GFirst LEP are rapidly developing our plans and actions for a recovery that will help as many businesses and individuals as possible right across the county.

"We've teamed up with GlosJobs to ensure that we can offer all things recruitment in a single place for Gloucestershire that will compliment the work of businesses and agencies and ensure the best possible opportunity to match people, jobs, freelancing and volunteering.

"GlosJobs have a great record of supporting the Gloucestershire business community and we're delighted to be able to launch this service with them.

"We know that businesses in Gloucestershire are having to adapt quickly in order to survive and none of us know right now what the full impact of COVID-19 will have on the County's workplace landscape."

GlosJobs have been in business for nearly 20 years and already are the largest online job advertiser in Gloucestershire. Alongside a wealth of experience in recruitment, they list full-time roles, part-time roles and have new dedicated sections for freelancers and volunteers.
