Ninety jobs up for grabs as county business park reaches completion
By Matt Hall | 15th November 2018
The final units at the £22 million Gateway 12 Business Park in Quedgeley have been completed.
The site has been developed by St. Modwen with potential to create over 90 local jobs once occupied.
The newly completed Unit 1 spans 66,000 sq ft of commercial space and is available for rent and immediate occupation.
Gateway 12 now offers a total of 285,000 sq ft of prime location logistics and production space for Gloucestershire with a long-term jobs growth potential of over 400.
Gateway 12 is already home to kitchen products firm ProCook, home furnishing supplier Warwick Fabrics and most recently, to retail giant Amazon, which moved its Book Depository subsidiary into the new regional distribution centre in May 2018, creating over 100 new jobs for local people.
Peter Davies, development director for St. Modwen West and Wales said: "Close proximity to the M5 motorway makes Gateway 12 the perfect choice for medium-sized logistics and warehousing firms looking to expand or move to the area and this has underpinned our speculative building programme on site. It is one of three developments we have underway across Gloucestershire in line with our core purpose of changing places and creating better futures."
Interested parties should contact St. Modwen's joint agents for Gateway 12, Ash & Co or Alder King, for full details.
