Newland Homes launches new homes in Maisemore

Homebuyers looking for a village location in easy reach of Gloucester city centre now have more choice with the launch of award-wining local housebuilder, Newland Homes' latest development in Maisemore.

Rectory Gardens is a collection of 28 properties, including three, four and five bedroom homes. Each property has been carefully designed to integrate into the local architecture, while still providing modern village living.

The development borders open space, with small clusters of properties giving the area a private feel. It has views towards Gloucester and the cathedral, along with the backdrop of the Cotswold hills.

The largest home on the development, and also the showhome, is the Painswick. This is a five-bedroom detached property, with an open plan kitchen/ dining room/ conservatory, spacious lounge, with master bedroom suite and a second bedroom with built-in wardrobes and ensuite shower.

There are three separate styles of four-bedroom homes, the Woodchester, Hartpury and Prestbury, all of which offer open plan kitchen areas, with high specification fittings, as well as garages and ample driveway parking.

The Honeybourne is a three-bedroom detached home, with dual aspect lounge and kitchen/ dining room, both with French doors on to the rear garden. It combines a laundry area with the downstairs cloakroom. The master bedroom includes an ensuite shower room and twin built-in wardrobes.

Gail Remnant, associate sales director at Newland Homes, said: "Gloucester is home ground for Newland Homes and we're pleased to be back building homes in the area.

"For us, it is important that our homes are not only where people want to live, but that they also work for modern family living, as well as blending into the existing community that they will become a part of. That's also why we recently won the title of Best Development for our Cotswold Edge site in Mickleton, and Rectory Gardens will be equally as impressive."

First releases include a four-bedroom detached Hartpury home, from £495,000. The five-bedroom Painswick is £525,000.

The marketing suite and showhome are open daily from 11am until 5pm. For more information call 01452 405650 or visit www.newlandhomes.co.uk/maisemore .
