New Toddington show home unveiled by Gloucestershire housebuilders

A Gloucester-based housebuilder is inviting visitors to its new, three-bedroom show home at New Town Park, Toddington, near Broadway.

Named the Cricklade, this is the first time a show home of this type has been launched by award-winning developers Newland Homes.

The semi-detached 'Cricklade' house type is light and spacious, with striking architectural elements such as a feature bay window to the dining area.

The New Town Park development has proved popular with homebuyers looking for a property in a sought-after location bordering open countryside, yet with easy access to the nearby towns and cities of Evesham, Worcester and Cheltenham.

Gail Remnant, associate sales director for Newland Homes, said: "The Cricklade is an ideal first-time family home, and it has proved popular with young families and those looking to downsize but stay in the picturesque Cotswolds.

"Externally, the Cricklade has striking feature gables of Cotswold stone at New Town Park and many of the homes have beautiful views over open fields, reaching as far as the Broadway Tower."

All of the properties released for sale to date have proven popular with buyers. There are just seven Cricklade properties available, which will be ready to move into this summer.

The development also boasts a five-bedroom Broadway style show home and the Marketing Suite and show homes are open daily from 11am to 5pm.

Three-bedroom homes at New Town Park currently start at £375,000, with Help to Buy available on the Cricklade homes.
