New restaurant to create new jobs

Fat Toni's Pizzeria is set to open a new restaurant in Five Valleys Shopping Centre, Stroud.
The new restaurant will create 10 jobs in Stroud's town centre.
Work on the restaurant, which will seat 108 diners, will start this month.
Darren Orsi, co-owner of Fat Toni's Pizzeria, said: "Pizza always tastes better when it's made with fresh produce and is straight out of the oven. We want to give our customers a dining experience that matches our food, and to do that we need a contemporary Italian restaurant."
The new restaurant will serve the Fat Toni's pizzas cooked fresh in-house, as well as a range of wines picked to complement their signature flavours.
Jessica Derham, Five Valleys centre manager, said: "We are very proud to have Fat Toni's as one of our independent businesses. They are a great family business who are full of energy!"
"Their latest restaurant will give fresh life to Stroud's night-time economy, allowing families to experience a true Italian dining experience before seeing the latest blockbuster at Vue Cinema."
Since joining Five Valleys Shopping Centre in 2019, the family-run business has gone from strength to strength and has now signed a 15-year lease.
Fat Toni's also has restaurants in Quedgeley and Cheltenham.
