New partner strengthens solicitors’ employment team

BPE Solicitors is pleased to announce that Sarah Lee has been promoted to partner in the firm's employment team.

Sarah started her career with an international law, firm before joining BPE's employment team in 2008. She was promoted to associate in 2012 and senior associate in 2015.

Sarah advises clients on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law. Working with a range of different businesses, from SMEs through to PLCs, her areas of expertise include complex employment tribunal claims, the enforceability of restrictive covenants, redundancies and restructures, discrimination, senior exits and GDPR.

Sarah has advised the likes of Interserve, The Smallpeice Trust, The Physiological Society, and Howard Tenens.
