Another new opening soon at Gloucester Food Dock

Thai street food operators Kinn Kinn are the newest independent eatery to join the growing Food Dock, opening soon.

Kinn Kinn are going into unit 7 of the Food Dock, between Scandinavian Coffee Pod and Hop Kettle on the deck level. They will have approximately 20 covers internally and the unit is approximately 59sq metres.

Founder Gena, a passionate Thai chef, is well known for her authentic, street food inspired Thai cuisine and has already established a loyal following in Newport.

Gena said: "We're thrilled to bring Kinn Kinn to Gloucester Food Dock and share our love for Thai food with the local community.

"Our aim is to create a unique dining experience where guests can enjoy the authentic flavours of Thailand right here in Gloucester. We can't wait to be part of this vibrant food scene and look forward to serving both locals and visitors alike."

Inspired by Gena's roots and her culinary adventures, you'll find vibrant, fresh and spicy flavours culminating in the traditional favourites such as Pad Thai and Thai Green Curry.

Featuring also Gena's signature dishes including Moo Ping - grilled BBQ pork skewers which are perfectly accompanied by Kinn Kinn's own 'Falling Angel Chilli Beer'.

Gena added: "Kinn Kinn is not just a place to eat, but an experience. Each dish is carefully crafted using high-quality ingredients, authentic Thai herbs and spices and delivers a flavour packed punch in every bite." From light bites to hearty mains, Kinn Kinn's menu promises something for everyone.

Ken Elliott, co-owner of Gloucester Food Dock, said: "We are very happy to welcome Kinn Kinn as the latest addition to our dynamic food and drink community and know Gloucester will enjoy their cuisine. Daikoku, our other East Asian cuisine, is also proving to be extremely popular."
