New garden will welcome ExFest 2018 revellers

The line-up for the annual ExFest, held at The Exmouth Arms in Cheltenham next month, has been revealed.

ExFest, a musical and social celebration held in the Bath Road pub's gardens, will be held on 8th-10th June. Live music will come from local bands, including SloeJin and Velvet Love and the Memphis One.

The annual event raises money for the Sue Ryder Leckhampton Court Hospice and is now a regular feature on the town's social calendar.

Last year, ExFest raised over £1500, as well as giving customers and local residents the opportunity to get together. This year the Exmouth Arms team is laying on range of events, including a fun dog show, face painting and more.

The Exmouth Arms, which is owned by the Arkell's family brewery, is also celebrating a major overhaul of the pub's big gardens, which will give visitors more space to enjoy the fun.

Exmouth Arms general manager, Steve Hine, said: "The Arkell's team have done a fantastic makeover of the garden, which was carried out by Martyn Powell Landscapes. The decking has been removed and there are now patio areas and planting. The garden looks fantastic and feels bigger. And our customers seem to really like it. The garden has been extremely busy with this weather and the pizzas are flying out of the pizza oven!

"We're really looking forward to this year's ExFest - it's a real highlight in our calendar and a wonderful opportunity to celebrate with the fantastic Bath Road community."
