New director for ProCook

Gloucester-based ProCook has appointed a new ecommerce director to its leadership team.

Marta kimatrai Navas joins the business following an ecommerce career of over 15 years. She brings digital expertise in all areas.

She has previously worked for Amyris as ecommerce and digital experience hub director, Unilever as global B2B ecommerce lead and in a number of digital agencies, covering a range of retail clients.

Angela Porter, CMO of ProCook, said: "Marta has an impressive track record working for global plcs and we're delighted to welcome her to the team. She's joining ProCook at a really exciting time, following the appointment of our new CEO Lee Tappenden, the launch of our new website and at a time when we have everything to go after in the ecommerce space and UK kitchenware market."

In June, ProCook reported a small loss for the year to April 2. Revenue fell by 9.9% to £62.3m and the company recorded a £200,000 loss, compared to a £9.5m profit the previous year.
