This new food hall and eatery will open for the August Bank Holiday weekend, offering a full butchery counter and deli counter, alongside a KNEAD Bakery.
Visitors will also have the opportunity to view the meat dry ageing room through a viewing window.
Chillers will be stocked full of handmade pies and meals made in Jesse Smith's Cirencester production kitchen on Love Lane.
KNEAD Bakery will offer cakes and patisseries, as well as a wider menu with take away and dine in options.
The site has parking for 40 cars and both indoor and heated outdoor seating areas.
A spokesperson from Jesse Smith said: "The food hall and eatery is designed to be a different shopping experience, where you can sit and have lunch with a glass of wine and also browse the food hall."
KNEAD Bakery are also set to operate from inside Jesse Smith's Love Lane farm shop from July 28, adding to their existing bakeries in Tetbury and Cirencester.
