New Cheltenham deli applies to sell booze

Owners of a new food business coming to Cheltenham want permission to sell alcohol seven days a week.
Sandwich deli Lof & Co is due to open shortly at 3 Rotunda Terrace in Montpellier Street.
It is being created by Jessica Peters and Kasper Roelvink- the duo behind health food cafe Rainbowls.
It launched in Cheltenham last year in a unti in Hewlett Road serving up a range of acai bowls, poke and buddha bowls, salads, wellness drinks, and coffee before expanding into sites in Bristol and Worcester.
This year the duo has been transforming a site in Rotunda Terrace into Loaf & Co- with plans to also open a fitness centre Move Studio underneath it.
Loaf & Co is described as a "traditional Cotswold sandwich deli nestled in the heart of Montpellier". It will offer an array of sandwiches, bakes, cakes, smoothies, and deli treats.
Rainbowls Cheltenham Limited has applied for a premises licence for the property which was previously home to The Riddle Wine Bar.
They want permission from Cheltenham Borough council to sell alcohol seven days a week from 10am to 11pm.
A consultation on the application is due to close on October 2.
