A business is being sought to run the cafe next to Gloucester Bus Station.
The ground floor property is in a prominent location next to the terminal and sits near the new £107 million Forum development.
The cafe has sat empty for some while and last year campaigners urged the council to try and get it back up and running.
The cafe has now been listed for let with Ash chartered surveyors, on behalf of Gloucester City Council, for £15,000 per annum.
The 48.26 sqm property has been fitted out to provide a serving counter, seating area and communal WC facilities.
The listings said: "The property is prominently situated adjacent to Gloucester Bus Station and The Forum which is a significant new development comprising Grade A space, apartments, retail, and leisure space.
"It is a short distance from Kings Square and the former Debenhams buildings which has been acquired by the University of Gloucestershire and is being redeveloped to a City Campus development to deliver educational needs focusing on health and social care and arts and library services, eventually being home to 4,000 students and 350 staff."
