A part exchange and assisted move (PX-AM) service is expanding into the South West, with a contract with Linden Homes South West.
Linden Homes currently has 34 live sites across the region.
Spicerhaart's PX-AM acts for builders and developers across the UK, providing a comprehensive range of part exchange and assisted move services. It has grown considerably in recent years and is now expanding into areas it wasn't previously able to cover.
The recently appointed PX-AM business development manager for the South West is Lewis Watts (pictured).
He said: "New build is definitely where it's at. The government is pushing for new housing at the moment and there are plenty of opportunities in the South West to introduce part exchange and assisted move to new developers."
Jan Biggins, Spicerhaart PX-AM national sales manager, said: "Spicerhaart PX-AM is now secured as one of three preferred agents across the South West for Linden Homes. Linden Homes is a big player in the South West, so this is a hugely significant development for the part exchange and assisted move business."
The contract with Linden Homes has allowed PX-AM to expand the business into a part of the country it had previously not been in a position to work in.
