Mortgage broker 'honoured' to win award...at last!

A Gloucester-based mortgage broker is celebrating after winning a major industry award.

The Mortgage Brain (TMB) has won the Next Intelligence award of 'Top Firm - Executive Plus'. This award is presented to the top performing large brokerage that works with Next Intelligence, one of the UK's leading mortgage networks.

Enzo Mora, founder and CEO of TMB, said: "Having been runner-up for countless years, it is an honour to finally win this award, especially over what has been a difficult period of time for everyone.

"As with every year, TMB were up against some stiff competition. However, finally winning the award is testament to every team member's effort to support our existing customers, new customers and each other over the last 12 months."

The Mortgage Brain was founded in 2001 by Mr Mora and is now one of the UK's largest mortgage brokers with its head office based at Park House in Gloucester.

TMB now has 60 mortgage advisers to assist its customers and they are supported by more than 30 in-house staff taking care of the administration of cases and customers' all-important protection and insurance needs.

Since the business started, TMB has arranged thousands of mortgages across the UK for a wide range of customers including first-time buyers, home movers and property investors.

It has dedicated specialist teams, such as the New Build team who help customers to get mortgages for brand new homes while the Foster Carer team helps customers who are foster carers who require mortgage solutions based on their often complex income scenarios.
