A new restaurant for the ardent carnivore is looking to take a bite out of the Cheltenham restaurant scene.

Job adverts have gone out for the likes of a general manager and head chef for the new eatery, which will be one of the award-winning Son of Steak restaurants.

Part of Birmingham-based Mitchells and Butler's brand the company already has a Son of Steak operating in Nottingham where diners can buy a section of British and Irish beef dishes.

Punchline was unable to find out when the new restaurant will open, but understands it will be out of town - close to Arle Court.
