Officers are appealing for a woman to come forward after a man was bitten by her dog while walking in Cheltenham.
It was reported that a man was walking through Priors Park in Prestbury when a Rottweiler looking dog bit him on the arm, causing puncture wounds which required treatment at hospital.

This took place by the car park at the entrance to Imjin Road at around 5.35pm on Wednesday, March 26.
The owner of the dog did not stop to check on the man's welfare and police are asking her to make contact so that officers can get an account of what happened.
The woman was described as being white, 5ft 6ins in height and had brown hair which was worn in a ponytail. Her dog was described as being black in colour and had a chain lead.
