Location, location, location counts for anniversary expansion

An independent estate agency has opened in Cirencester, two years after starting out.

TLC Property Group was created by Tara Cozens in April 2019 in Swindon and after adding a second branch in Marlborough earlier this year, it has added its latest outlet to work across the Cotswolds.

She said: "There are many agents in today's market place, but I believe our reputation for customer service and excellence sets us apart from others.

"We have an ethos of treating the homes we deal with as if they were our own - and our customers appreciate that."

The 33 year old from Cricklade started in the property business when she was just 17 and her latest remote bench will cover the town, Fairford, Lechlade, Stroud and Tetbury.

She said: "I am thrilled to be celebrating the company's second year in business and am excited to be expanding and being able to cover a larger area across the south west.

"We have faced some big challenges. Brexit impacted massively with people not wanting to make decisions about selling or moving house. Then, of course, the pandemic happened.

"Since the beginning of the year, lettings have gone through the roof. We have had a huge amount of enquiries and we are really looking forward to working with more new customers over the coming year and beyond."
