Living the high life - stunt cyclist in Gloucestershire

Showing a remarkable head for heights, not to mention an impeccable sense of balance that few would dare match, a stunt cyclist has performed an amazing feat on a wind turbine in Gloucestershire.

Stuntman Danny Macaskill is seen in a video clip cycling along the blade of green energy firm Ecotricity's windmill at Alveston.

The highwire action was filmed as part of a production called Climate Games.

The aim is to highlight the climate change message and is executed by Danny MacAskill and fellow stuntman JT Holmes who took on a series of daredevil challenges.

The Scottish stunt performer saw his Gloucestershire exploits form part of a larger Dear Earth event, a 100-minute film promoting the sustainability movement.
