Learn how to grow your own vegetables

Vision 21 will be re-opening their Annecy Gardens project in Cheltenham for volunteers to learn how to grow vegetables.

In the past, the edible garden has won awards, one from Cheltenham in Bloom and the other from Cheltenham Allotments, as the garden gives a practice ground for people to experiment and learn.

This free opportunity gives you the chance to attend weekly meet-ups to develop your skills as well as working alongside others who can share their own personal knowledge.

A spokesman said: "Continuing our great success, our volunteers manage to grow and maintain beautiful gardens for all of the public to view.

"We meet every Monday night (except bank holidays) starting April 3rd at 6pm, by the noticeboard in Annecy Gardens, which is close to the town centre, just off London Road."

Vision 21 is a sustainability charity based in Cheltenham working to help communities and businesses become more environmentally friendly. The Annecy Garden project was established in 2012 and from then has had a huge turnout.
