Leading lawyer joins board of Severn Glocon

As we sign-off on 2019 a little something caught our eye we thought worthy of mention.

One of the county's most respected lawyers, and the former managing partner of one of its longest-standing firms, has joined the board of Gloucester-based engineering giant Severn Glocon.

Peter Mardon, commercial director at Stroud and Gloucester-based WSP Solicitors, "has more than 25 years of experience advising businesses from initial concept, through start-up, growth, consolidation and exit" according to the firm.

Which is probably just part of the reason his skills remain in demand by business.

According to the WSP website "Peter is himself a director of a successful international manufacturing group and so knows from first-hand experience the value of expert advice and building long term relationships with trusted advisers who know and care about your business".

A quick trip to Companies House reveals just some of the firms he has advised in a similar capacity.

We wish him and the mighty Severn Glocon all the very best for 2020 and beyond.
