Last chance to buy at Tewkesbury development

Prospective buyers better be quick, as there are only a few homes remaining at a Gloucester-based housebuilder's Tewkesbury development.

Twyning Green, near Tewkesbury in Gloucestershire

Following a bumper first half of the year for Barnwood-based developer Newland Homes, only three properties remain at the site.

Twenty-two homes form 'Newland at Twyning Green', which is tucked into a quiet corner of the desirable village of Twyning, near Tewkesbury in Gloucestershire.

Homes are within easy reach of the village green, the primary school, shop with Post Office counter, recreation and play areas, and tennis club, plus The Fleet Inn and The Village Inn, making it an ideal combination of countryside retreat in a bustling village.

And if that's not enough, a 15-20 minutes' easy drive takes you to Cheltenham, Gloucester and Worcester and beyond thanks to the M5 and M50 motorways under a mile away.

There are two spacious house styles left to choose from, both low carbon homes using the latest air source heat pump technology, providing superior efficiency without fossil fuel use or reliance.

Kitchen in the Winchcombe home

The five-bedroom Hanborough boasts four double bedrooms and a single. Downstairs, a well-proportioned kitchen/breakfast room leads straight into a bright and welcoming conservatory area, sitting room and separate dining room.  A utility room opens directly into the adjoining double garage.

The four-bedroom Winchcombe home also comes complete with an open plan kitchen/breakfast room, leading into a conservatory.

Gail Remnant, associate sales director for Newland Homes said: "Twyning Green offers the best of both worlds; a countryside setting with all the conveniences you'll need for everyday life.

"We pride ourselves on creating homes which are an asset to the local community, and which people want to live in. It's testament to their desirability that we only have three properties left to buy at Twyning Green."

The open market properties are all detached, carefully positioned in their plots to create a true sense of privacy, with private driveways and either a double or single garage.

The marketing suite and showhome is open daily from 11am until 5pm and can be found at Newland at Twyning Green, Fleet Lane, Twyning, Tewkesbury, GL20 6FL.
