Don't miss CGT's landlords evening conference

CGT Lettings is holding a conference to help landlords and potential landlords understand their responsibilities.

It has been estimated that there are now 170 different pieces of legislation which private landlords must uphold. Landlords need to be aware of all recent changes and those coming up in 2022 and beyond.

GCT Lettings' next educational landlord conference takes place at Bowden Hall, Upton St Leonards on Tuesday November 23 from 5pm. There is plenty of parking on site.

Angharad Trueman, vice president of ARLA Propertymark, is the main speaker and will be able to provide attendees with the very latest in lettings legislation and upcoming changes that will affect them as landlords.

Not knowing about these rules could put landlords at risk of prosecution, fines or even criminal charges. Being informed is more important now than it has ever been.

CGT Lettings Ltd ran three sold out landlord seminars in 2018-19 and is back with more legislation, more information and more helpful tips to ensure landlords stay safe and informed.

With extra speakers and experts, this will be one of the biggest events yet!

This year's speakers are:

Angharad Trueman, CGT Lettings MD and vice president of ARLA Propertymark, will provide the very latest in lettings, legislation, notice periods, right to rent and more

Nadine Willis, area manager at CGT Lettings, will provide a market update and information from around the county

Dom Sheahan, mortgage and protection adviser at The Mortgage Branch, will talk about current interest rates and how he can help landlords make the most of their portfolio.

Trish Clements, director at Trish Clements Associates, will cover the main tax considerations for rental property ownership

There will also be the opportunity to network with peers and meet experts on the exhibition stalls from local property experts, including Willans Solicitors, Flatfair and more.

CGT Lettings is committed to help and protect landlords in Gloucestershire to stay safe and ahead of the curve with lettings legislation.

Don't be one of those landlords fined for breaching legislation they had no idea existed!

Tickets cost £9.99. Register for a place here https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/landlords-evening-conference-tickets-188402696537.
