KFC to open new shop in Stroud

As legal property advisors to KFC, Gloucestershire law firm BPE's Commercial property team has acted for the franchise on its acquisition of a new site in the county.

Opening at Five Valley's Shopping Centre in Stroud, this is the latest step in the franchise's ambitious plans for expansion across Gloucestershire and confirmed its exciting program of growth.

Commercial property partner, Paul Engelbrecht led the team at BPE which included Annabel Rowland in advising Gerard Nicholas (KFC Franchisee) on this latest transaction.

Gerard Nicholas (KFC Franchisee), said: "We are very excited about this new location. Paul and his team have been giving us sound, practical advice every step of the way and I look forward to continuing our working relationship."
