Dunkerton on hunt for new Superdry chair

Julian Dunkerton, Superdry founder and CEO, is looking to rebuild the retailer's board.
He has started off the process to find a new chair and two independent non-executive directors, as reported by Retail Gazette.
The Cheltenham-based business's board of non-executive directors stepped down following its exit from the London Stock Exchange last week.
Superdry's executive team has also been depleted this year, with the departure of its chief technology officer, chief financial officer and chief commercial officer.
Dunkerton is currently interim chair of the business, with chief operating officer Shaun Packe and interim chief financial officer Giles David also on the board as executive directors.
The founder's rebuild process is now underway, including rent reductions at 36 UK stores, a £10m equity raise underwritten by Dunkerton himself and delisting from the London Stock Exchange.
Last week, Dunkerton declared that he would make the brand cool again, after claims it had become a 'dad brand'.
