It's a perfect ten as Alder King scoops yet another award

Alder King's Gloucester office has been named as Gloucestershire's most active property agent for the 10th year in succession by property publication Estates Gazette.

The office, based at Gloucester Business Park, has been responsible for many of the county's major commercial property transactions.

The nine-strong team won the award for completing the highest number of deals in the county over the past year, competing against other local and national property consultants in the region.

The firm's joint head of office and partner Adrian Rowley was also crowned the county's top dealmaker for the third year in a row.

He said: "We have had a very successful year, with transaction levels up 45% on the previous year. This is a tremendous achievement, given the limited supply of space.

"Occupier demand in most property sectors has been strong and we've seen significant rental and capital growth.

"The lack of stock has also resulted in a high level of development and pre-commitment activity which will go some way to restoring supply. We therefore remain confident about our ability to support businesses looking to expand in the county."

Established in 1911 and employing around 150 people, the practice operates from seven offices in Bristol, Cardiff, Exeter, Gloucester, Swindon, Taunton and Truro. It has won the Estates Gazette 'South West Most Active Agent' award for 15 consecutive years.
