Those charged with driving the profile and agenda of the construction industry in Gloucestershire are due to stage a special event this afternoon.
Constructing Excellence Gloucestershire is inviting all to its annual exhibition and conference at Kingsholm Stadium in Gloucester (Wednesday, May 23).
The theme of this year's exhibition and conference is education and more than 30 exhibitors are expected to be on-hand to talk to visitors.
Not only will they be able to explain the links they have with education but also the opportunities to train the next generation of construction professionals.
"We welcome fellow construction specialists and consultants, lecturers, teachers and students to come and join us at this free event and meet architects, main contractors, sub contractors, surveyors and suppliers as well as education and training providers to see how together we can build for education and educate to build in Gloucestershire," says the description of the exhibition on Eventbrite.co.uk.
The exhibition will be followed by a keynote speaker event which is also free to attend.
Stepping up to the plate will be Joe Roberts, director of Roberts Limbrick Architects, whose talk will be called Designing Flexible education space for the 21st Century, Alwyn Richards, principal of Cleeve School (Collaborative working good practice - A school leader's perspective).
Also talking will be and Andrew Carpenter, CEO, Constructing Excellence SW Apprenticeships (The Constructing Excellence "Adopt a School" initiative) and Peter White, business development manager, University of Gloucestershire and former vice principal of Gloucestershire College, who will discuss changing the higher education landscape.
