Interest building for new family homes

New houses built by a Gloucestershire business are already attracting interest from buyers.

Award-winning housebuilder Newland Homes has only just released the new homes (starting at start from £375,000), north-east of Cheltenham, onto the market.

Gail Remnant, associate sales director at Gloucester-headquartered Newland Homes, said: "There has been lots of forward interest in the smaller, three-bedroom properties at New Town Park.

"They offer the same careful, architect designed layout, quality appliances and finish as the larger, detached properties, but with sizes and layouts that are ideal for first-time buyers or those looking to make their first move up the property ladder.

"There are just seven three-bedroom properties available, which will be ready to move into this summer."

The three-bedroom homes are at its New Town Park development in Toddington in what it calls its 'Cricklade' house style, all semi-detached and all three-bedroomed.

According to Newland Homes they are designed "to maximise light and space with striking feature gables, label mouldings to the windows and a feature bay window to the dining area."

Downstairs wide aspect French doors open from the living room onto the garden and the kitchen/dining room has ample space for entertaining, plus a useful utility room.

Upstairs the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and built-in wardrobe, there is a separate family bathroom, second double bedroom and third single bedroom.

The New Town Park development has proved popular with homebuyers looking for houses that offer a high-quality design with a high specification finish in a sought-after location bordering open countryside.

The development is close to Evesham, Worcester and Cheltenham.
