Iceland partnership to deliver super-fast groceries

Iceland has teamed up with takeaway delivery service, Just Eat, to bring rapid groceries to customers.

The partnership is set to launch next month with over 200 of the supermarket's stores and 500 products available to order, as reported by Retail Gazette.

It's not known whether Iceland's Gloucester and Cheltenham stores will be in the first wave of the partnership, but it is set to roll out to many more sites later in the year.

Shoppers will be able to order both fresh and frozen products from Iceland for delivery in as little as under 30 minutes with Just Eat.

Iceland said the partnership with Just Eat will help customers have even more convenient access to its products.
