Housebuilder's Cotswold development proves a success

A Gloucester housebuilder's new property design, the 'Cricklade' has proven a big hit with those looking for a new home in a Cotswold village - with half now sold at their New Town Park development.

Newland Homes' 39 architect designed homes are set in extensively landscaped grounds in the village of Toddington, near Broadway, less than half an hour from the centre of Cheltenham.

Comprising a mixture of Cotswold stone and render with natural slate tile roofs, the semi-detached, three-bedroomed 'Cricklade' house type is light and spacious, with striking architectural elements such as a feature bay window to the dining area.

Gail Remnant, associate sales director for Newland Homes, said: "All our new homes at New Town Park have easy access to open countryside, coupled with the convenience of a village shop and pub in walking distance, so it's not surprising that half of the new homes have been snapped up by buyers.

"The Cricklade is an ideal home for young families or downsizers thanks to its convivial kitchen dining room, handy utility space and three good sized bedrooms."

New Town Park has proved popular with homebuyers looking for a quality design with a high specification finish, in a sought-after location bordering open countryside yet with easy access to the nearby towns and cities of Evesham, Worcester and Cheltenham.

There are two show homes available to view at New Town Park; a three-bedroom Cricklade and a five-bedroom Broadway style show home. The Marketing Suite and show homes are open daily from 11am to 5pm.

Three-bedroom homes at New Town Park currently start at £349,995 with Help to Buy available on the Cricklade homes.
