Housebuilder reveals its latest Gloucestershire development

Gloucester-based Newland Homes has returned to its home city with the opening of the latest development, Newark Meadows.

Having already won awards for the neighbouring Hempsted Barns development, completed in 2015, it has applied the same attention to detail and design to its new collection of 44 three, four and five bedroom homes.

The homes are said to "reflect the agricultural heritage of the village of Hempsted" and "combine comfort and efficiency alongside modern-day innovations to maximise light and space".

Gail Remnant, associate sales director for Newland Homes, said: "We're very pleased to have another exciting development in Gloucester. The city is home to Newland Homes and we've taken every opportunity to design and build excellent homes that really work for modern day life.

"Our neighbouring Newark Barns development was very well received and was a finalist in one of the most well-respected property awards in the region, and we're sure that with more choice and all of the same excellent details and specifications, Newark Meadows will be just as impressive, if not more so."

Surrounded by open meadow land, the homes are just 1.5 miles away from Gloucester.

At the entrance to the development on Honeythorn Close, off Hempsted Lane, is the four bedroom 'Sherston' showhome, which boasts three double bedrooms and one single, with ensuite and built-in wardrobes to the master.

All properties for sale at Newark Meadows have a garage and driveway parking.

In recognition of the village agricultural heritage, Newland Homes has designed the 'Chedworth' style home.

There are three of these properties available at Newark Meadows and they have been designed to echo the former long barn on the original Newark farmstead.

Newark Meadows is located on Honeythorn Close, off Hempsted Lane, Hempsted, Gloucester GL2 5LU.

Prices currently start at £335,000 for a three bedroom home and Help to Buy is available on all properties.

The marketing suite and showhome will be open from Saturday, January 5, and everyday thereafter from 11am until 5pm. For more information call 01452 668381 or visit www.newlandhomes.co.uk/hempsted .
