Home Bargains acquires discount chain

Home Bargains has acquired a discount chain with stores in the north of England.

Home Bargains, which has stores in Gloucester, Cheltenham, Stroud and Cirencester, has bought Quality Save, which has 21 stores, as reported by Grocery Gazette.

The retailer's stores, which include Barnsley and Greater Manchester, already sell many of the same products as Home Bargains.

Home Bargains said it will be bringing Quality Save stores into Home Bargains, increasing its store numbers and simplifying how the business works.
