Historic Mill Dene Garden opens to raise vital funds for local charity

Local medical charity Cobalt invite lovers of the outdoors to visit the historic Mill Dene Garden on Sunday 3 June 2018. Admission will be £6 and the gardens are open from 2pm to 5pm.

With lovely views of the Cotswolds and a church backdrop, the gardens are stunning and well worth a visit. Visitors can take a walk amongst the roses to the cricket lawn and follow hidden paths around the mill pool. There is plenty to explore and discover across the 21/2 acres of these romantic gardens including a herb garden and informal woodland.

Kirsty Bradbury, Fundraising Engagement Officer, Cobalt said "This is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy this beautiful garden and support of Cobalt. A great way to enjoy a summers day".

A selection of homemade refreshments will be on offer. Proceeds of the open garden will be put towards the Charity's Dementia Futures Fund to help improve the way people are diagnosed and treated for dementia.

For more information on the Dementia Futures Fund contact the fundraising team on fundraising@cobalthealth.co.uk or 01242 535922. Follow Cobalt on Twitter @cobaltfr or like @CobaltSupporters on Facebook.
