Gloucestershire Property Forum on repurposing our high streets

The Gloucestershire Property Forum is hosting its latest breakfast seminar on September 28, in conjunction with coombes:everitt architects and Evans Jones property and planning consultants.

Almost 100 guests from the property community will join the hosts at The Nook on Five rooftop restaurant in Cheltenham.

The expert panel includes Max Wilkinson, cabinet member for economic development, culture, tourism and wellbeing at Cheltenham Borough Council and also Cheltenham's Lib Dem parliamentary candidate, and Julie Holden from SaveTheHighStreet.org.

The panel will discuss the issue of disused retail space in our towns and cities and how property experts can work alongside landlords, owners and local authorities to tackle this important issue. Working together, they can restore vibrancy and life to our town centres and provide much needed housing for local people.

Toby Coombes of coombes:everitt and David Jones of Evans Jones will be joined by Richard Knightley from Cheltenham-based KBW property consultants.

The event is supported by Punchline-Gloucester.com and editor, Mark Owen, will also sit on the panel of experts to bring his expert business and media view.

There will be a general discussion on the points raised and a chance to share common issues and questions.
