The Cobalt Christmas Auction is now live

Gloucestershire businesses have generously supported Cobalt medical charity by donating lots which are currently being auctioned off online until 6pm on Sunday, December 4.

Proceeds from the auction will fund a Teenage and Young Adults (16-25-year-old) Specialist Cancer Nurse who covers the 3 counties and currently looks after 35 young cancer patients.

Cobalt is a medical charity which invests in the latest diagnostic imaging equipment and supports and participates in local and national research focussed primarily on cancer and dementia.

The charity works in partnership with the NHS to provide patients with specialist scans, using innovative technology and by funding specialist nursing roles. Every donation makes a difference.

A spokesperson for Cobalt said: "These Lots are ideal for Christmas gifts and treats. There really is something for everyone and for all budgets. 'The Margarita Pendant' is a custom-made pearl and diamond necklace has been kindly donated by Bicks of Montpellier Jewellers and made especially for the charity.

"Other Lots include a padel game at East Glos tennis club, an overnight dinner, bed and breakfast stay at the Queens Hotel, Dyson Corrale hair Straighteners, helicopter lesson, signed Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen Book, artwork, beauty and pamper gifts, vouchers for meals out including one for the new rooftop restaurant The Nook at Five, gin, wine and brewery experiences along with various sporting activities."
