Gloucestershire-based flexible recruitment finance provider Simplicity has appointed Vincent Seddon as head of sales. Vincent brings 13 years of business development experience having worked for Barclays and most recently TBAT Innovation, where he was commercial director.

Vincent Seddon, head of sales said: "I am very excited about joining Simplicity at this exciting point in the business's development. From the very first time that I met the people here, I was impressed by their customer focussed ethos and the calibre of the team.

"I'm very excited to join a great team and support business growth in the future. I am also very much looking forward to getting to know and delving further into the recruitment sector".
