Gloucestershire E-learning specialists offering free Coronavirus awareness course to businesses

There is no doubt that the coronavirus has turned our home and work lives upside down - but a Gloucestershire company is doing its bit to help cut the confusion.

Nimble E-Learning have created a simple and free Covid-19 Awareness E-learning course for companies to share with their employees.

As the UK joins the rest of the world in getting used to a new sense of normal, Stonehouse-based Nimble decided to not only create the course, but to share it for free.

Neil Hyde, managing director of Nimble, said: "Many companies are struggling to find the right approach of how to get information about this disease across to their employees.

This Corona (COVID-19) Awareness course aims to provide practical advice when it's needed most.

"It's important we all pull together at this time, and we at Nimble are happy to offer up our training skills towards the national effort and give access to this elearning course free to all businesses in Gloucestershire and across the UK."

Based on the latest UK government advice the free elearning course provides essential guidance to reduce the risk of getting or spreading the coronavirus in a workplace or home.

It explores the principles of good hygiene, self-isolation and early treatment, and offers guidance on what individuals should do if they become ill.

It focuses on the impact of the virus in the workplace and provides guidance on how a company can support their employees through periods of self-isolation.

The course includes a short quiz to check understanding of this important topic.

Nimble customer David Gill, Director of Business Development from charity Druglink said, "We've been struggling a little to find the right approach and how to get the info across without being alarmist or under-playing the importance of it.

"This course is brilliant and easily understood too."

Nimble are also allowing companies of more than 50 employees to increase relevance of this course for their organisation with the option to personalise it.

By using Nimble Author, they can add company logos as well as track the participation of their employees and retain their results for later reference using Nimble LMS. This offer valid is until 30 June 30, 2020
