Gloucester based Tayntons Solicitors has appointed three new solicitors in their Dispute Resolution, Residential Property and Family Law teams in response to an increase in work volume.

Kafula Chipasha is a Litigation Solicitor and has joined Tayntons Dispute Resolution team. Kafula has a broad range of dispute resolution expertise with almost a decade's track record of successfully pursuing and defending actions of varying value and complexity.

She has substantial experience dealing with Trust of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act claims in addition to Contentious probate and general litigation. Offering a solutions-based approach, Kafula is passionate about harnessing the law to create a positive outcome for her clients.

Nadia Santry qualified as a solicitor in 2008, specialising in residential conveyancing. She worked at a Cheltenham law firm for 14 years before joining Tayntons to meet their growing demand for residential conveyancing services.

Nadia advises individuals and businesses on all aspects of residential conveyancing, including freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, new build, shared ownership transactions, transfer of equity and re-mortgage matters. Keen to offer practical, no-nonsense advice Nadia prides herself on offering a personal service and protecting the best interests of clients in a clear and efficient way.

Julia Tolerton has joined the firm's Family team as a childcare solicitor. Julia worked for the Local Authority since 2019 and represents parents and other family members in court proceedings.

Her experience in representing Children's Services provides her with a unique understanding of their practices and assists her when advising parents within care proceedings. Known for being sensitive to her client's needs, Julia always ensures her clients are fully aware of the legal processes and can make informed decisions during a very difficult time in their lives.

Andrew Ollerenshaw, managing partner at Tayntons, said: "Announcing these new appointments makes me extremely proud and it is another clear sign of the continued emphasis we place on investing in our people. We recognise that we will only continue to succeed if we grow our talented team, so offer competitive salaries, opportunities for flexible working and a supportive working environment."
